For a store that has never run a comparison report before, always break down the report by Department or Supplier. There is a bug that the departments filter doesnt work in 2021.xxx but this has been fixed in 2022.2 and above.

An example that may be helpful is to set the Description to “Compare Only” so it appears on the comparison report, but it doesnt actually do any changes.

Send all item changes to Pending, and review the price changes in the pending.
Click on the heading to review where the Percent is higher than the absoluate 25% difference.
