Company Position Window Overview
The Company Position Window is a powerful tool that allows you to keep an up to date view of what is happening in your business.
It provides a number of different tabs to show up to the minute sales information.

| The Company Position Details window will appear |

| If in a multi-store environment, then select the appropriate branch you want to get information on. |

| Select the date range and press F5 refresh. |

| Tabs at the bottom that display information. |

| Press F4 in the relevant tab to print the report. |
| 9 | Click the links to see sample reports for each tab. | |
| 10 | The reports will only print in data table format. Graphs are not printed. | |

Company Position Window Reports
Details Report |
This report provides an up to date sales overview. It can be run many times during the day. |

Department Report |
This report provides a breakdown of all departments and you can view the GP and Sales Details. |

Staff Report |
This report provides a breakdown of staff members sales and can be used to calculating comissions. |

Postcode |
This shows sales by postcode. This is can be used when deciding where to promote your business. This information can be built by prompting for the Postcode on each Cash Sale at POS. |

This shows how people have paid e.g. cash, card, account etc. |

Monthly Report |
The monthly tab shows each day, and the GP made. The weekly total is listed at the right hand side. The RED days are where your GP% is below 10%. To see details for each day, just double click on the day it will take you to the details tab for more information. |
