Process for stores querying gift card balance at store level

Within the Tender field of the Striven application, stores are able to query a gift cards balance.

By pressing “F6” within the Tender field (as per highlighted image).

Stores will then scan the voucher number/card number in the form of a barcode at the rear of the gift card itself (For example Vii gift cards will have an 18-digit number and is different to the product barcode, located rear top right of the gift card).

This number can also be manually input by the store
