Load Android Scanner File for Updating Min/Max

Follow these instructions to load the products that were scanned on your Android scanner to update Min/Max Quantity.

In Striven, click on Utilities → Stock Update via PDE

 In the Mins & Maxes tab, set the required settings.

Press F9 - Run

Select Striven Mobile - MinMax

Note:

  • It is a good idea to check the Stock Min/Max before to see if the changes come into effect.

  • It is also good to check the excel file if you are doing the right import by right-clicking and opening the Excel file.

Select the right file and Press Open to load the file.

It will show you a list of "invalid" for you to review. 

Most of the time the barcodes are fine, so just press F11 - Close to close this window to return to the POS screen.

Go to the Stock item and confirm if the Min Max Quantity has been updated.
