Follow these instructions to load the products that were scanned on your Android scanner for Reorder.
This is a handy way of taking reorders.

| 1 | Scan a barcode from your mobile scanner. → Select Quantity from numeric pad and press Enter Key. It will enter the items as shown in the picture.
Once finished scanning all the items on the Reorders, tap 3 little dots on the top right and select Upload Scan File. Make sure you select the correct scan file type. In this case, select Reorders Enter in a Comment which will appears as Filename. Ideally it should be simple one word. For Orders do short supplier name & for Stocktake do bin location, Labels you can use Department. Once confirmed press Upload.   |
| 2 | Now log in to Striven Go to Creditors → Processes → Reorders → Enter Creditor Reorders  Hold Shift and Press F5 or PDE Entry Button Select Striven Mobile - Reorders.   |
| 3 | Select the file you have just uploaded from the scanner and click on Open or Press Enter  |
| 4 | It will show you a list of barcodes that are "invalid" for you to review. Most of the time the barcodes are fine, so just press F11 - Close to close this window to return to the POS screen. Note: If by all means the order is messed you can always go back to this location to use this upload.  |
| 5 | The products you scanned on the scanner are now loaded into Striven.  |
| 6 | You can continue to add new reorders or change quantities. After that you can process your reorders as usual. |
| 7 | You have just learnt how to Scan Reorders and Load in Striven using Android Scanner. |
