Go to => Stock / Reports /  Print Stock Valuation Detailed

To show only products that have a negative onhand,

change the Quantity On Hand option to Negative Only.

Press F4 - Set Range to filter the range of products you wish to show if required.

If you dont do NOT wish to have the report grouping by Department / Group / Fineline, then do the following:

  1. In the F4 - Set Range.

  2. Click on Sort Order and change to U - Stock Code.

  3. Press F9 to return to the report.
