Stock Valuation Detailed Report - Negative Only

Run the Stock Valuation Detailed Report - Negative Onhands only at least once a month to review any products that have a negative onhand value.
It is important to keep on top of these products as it generally points back to an issue where maybe the barcodes are incorrect, or the POS staff are selling the incorrect items (maybe because they are searching by Description instead of scanning the barcode).

| 1 | Go to => Stock / Reports / Print Stock Valuation Detailed |

| 2 | To show only products that have a negative onhand change the Quantity On Hand option to Negative Only. |

| 3 | Press F4 - Set Range to filter the range of products you wish to show if required.
If you do NOT wish to have the report grouping by Department / Group / Fineline, then do the following:

| 4 | Press F9 - Run to view the report. |
