Change Average Cost or Last Invoice Cost
As the Average and Last Invoice Costs can normally only be updated when a Receival / Invoice is performed there are times when these need to be quickly altered. Administrators of the store / support can alter these values by following these steps.
1 | In Stock Entry, load the product you wish to alter the Average or Last Invoice Cost. |

2 | Click on the Costs tab |

3 | Do the following to update the Average Cost value | |
4 | Average Cost Double-click on the Average Cost field | |
5 | Enter in the Supervisor Password |

6 | After reading this message, click on Yes to continue |
|
7 | Enter in the new value. Press F9 - Save. |

8 | Follow these steps to update the Last Invoice Cost | |
9 | Double click on the Last Invoice Cost field |

10 | Enter in the Supervisor Password | |
11 | After reading the message, click on Yes to continue |

12 | Enter in the new Last Invoice Cost |

13 | Press F9 - Save. |
