Follow these steps to remove loyalty (Mighty Rewards or DIY Rewards for example) from a customer.

1	In Debtor Entry Debtors, Entry, Enter Debtors.
2	Load up the account you wish to remove the Loyalty account from.
3	Click on the Loyalty tab on the right. Click on Clear Account button
4	Click on OK to continue
5	If you need to, you can Hide this customer. This is in the Settings tab. Visbility setting.
