Setup Signature Pad - Topaz
To configure the Topaz signature pad follow these instructions:
1 | Connect the Topaz signature pad device to PC |
2 | Start File Explorer, and go to S:\Striven\workstation\Topaz_SignaturePad and run the program sigplus.exe in administrator mode If the Server on try C:\Striven\workstation\Topaz_SignaturePad . |
3 | Click on Next to continue |
4 | Click on Next to continue |
5 | Click on Next to continue |
6 | Model specifications are at the back/underneath the pad. Select the device model group. Our standard units are the T-LBK462, so select the T-L group Click OK Select the device model and click OK |
7 | Select T-LBK462 Click on OK Select connection type and press OK Select Agree for license agreement. Select NO for desktop shortcut. Device installation completed. Login Striven Select POS / POS Settings In The Electronic Signature Pad settings select 'Topaz' for signature Make sure 'Prompt for Electronic Signature' is set to YES Click on Test Signature Pad. A Sign Pad prompt will be displayed. Sign on the Pad and it should appear on the screen. Setup completed. |
