If you have a Loyalty system setup in your “group”, you can view other customers in your groups transactions without viewing their exact discounts given.

The best way of seeing this information, is in the F7 - Reprint window from the POS login window.
Click on the F3 - External button at the bottom left side.
A - All Stores Click this option to view all stores transactions. B - Select Stores It will then show you a list of all branches in your group, and it will then filter transactions from that particular branch only.
Then search for the customers name, and select it from the list. Press F9 to continue.
Select the transaction you wish to view on the left, and press F9
The transaction is shown without any values.
