Unable to Find Uploaded File from Scanner
if you scan the products from scanner and upload it but unable to find it from your desktop, there could be few reasons for it:

| You will need to change the scan type before you scan products. Based on what you have chosen here, it will be uploaded on the same file in your computer. | |
if you chose wrong scan type, you can still get those loaded without losing the file. | click on each of these files and see if there is any recent file that you have uploaded. | make sure to change to all files , sometimes your file type may be changed. |
If your file type has been changed to anything else apart from xlsx, you will need to find the path and rename the file type to xlsx. |
