Setup iPhone Striven Mobile
Follow these instructions for the basic steps on how to run a stocktake.
1 | Gathering Information from Customer

2 | Existing Setup: If it is not working on the existing setup. You need to Delete the app and install it again. |
3 | Registering the Device to Striven Mobile Newly Setup: Ensure the device is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the Server Go to Server of the store you setting up for and check the IP from Striven Mobile Server Login in to Striven Mobile App Put the Server IP from the Striven Mobile Server on Stores Server & Press Save This should prompt on the iPhone with the ID like below Go to Server and enter the PIN to register the device & description e.g.. Allan iPhone Press Connect on iPhone Press Connect on Server. This will successfully register the iPhone to Striven Mobile Server. Confirm if it is successfully registered by clicking three lines on Top Left Corner & Press About Confirm Station Number and Store Code |
4 | Checking Licensing on SLProg Server Remote in to Striven License Server SLProgUpdate SFTP CLOUD via Team viewer Search for Branch as per Mobile Server & Double Click to Load all the devices linked to it. Look for the station as per App on iPhone and see if it it registered. You also need to check if the requested features are all provided for the requested station. You can add particular modules by pressing red Arrow. Note: |
5 | Put the login details as per Staff code & Press Login |
6 | Troubleshooting: If it is not registering the Station in SLProg Server go to Edit Branch and confirm if they have enough licenses If not you need to increase it. |
