Striven HELP

Delivery Tracking

Follow these instructions to setup the Striven delivery tracking module.

Please ensure the following have been completed before using the Striven delivery tracking module.

Setup the Google map API



Setup an account with GetSwift

Setup the link in Striven to GetSwift

Create GetSwift Drivers

Striven will link to GetSwift tracking software if you have entered in a delivery address in any transaction in Striven.

Enter in delivery address in POS

In POS, enter the customer details and products as normal.

To enter a delivery address, press F10 - Details, A - Delivery details

As you type the address, it will use Google Maps to give you the exact address.

Fill in any instructions if required.  Press F9 to save delivery details.

When the invoice is saved after F9, it will prompt you with:

Select B - Delivered if you would like to send this to GetSwift

It will prompt with a confirmation of the delivery details, where you can fill in the Request driver, and also pickup and drop off details.

Press F9 to save

If you have assigned a job to a driver, the driver will be notified automatically by the GetSwift app that there is a job waiting.

Within the next minute this delivery will be sent to the GetSwift website and app.

Sign into the GetSwift website.

When the Map loads, it will show you the deliveries that need to be assigned.

You can click on a job on the left, and look at details

To view tracking of where the delivery driver is on this job, click on the click here tracking area.

It will take you to a map showing where the driver is

If you wish to edit details about the job, you can click on Edit, and change the pickup or drop off details if required.
