Electronic Labels - Ending Promo display

To set the Electronic Label to show the normal Retail price instead of the Promo Price do the following in Striven.

When a promo has gone past its “End Date”, and if there were products that were on this promotion, then a green label is shown in the label window telling you how many labels have “Expired”. Click on this hyperlink and the system shows which lines have expired. |

Those labels are then loaded into the label queue.

Ensure update the Inactive Date field with todays date and do F5 to refresh. |

Now, press F7 to “print” these labels which will flick the elabels from the PROMO page to the standard Retail price and layout. |
