EFTPOS Pin Pads Troubleshooting
Here are some details about the different pin pads that might be helpful.
EFTPOS Tech phone number

Find EFTPOS Gateway Username Password
If you cant find the following registry key:
HKLM\Software\Remedy\EFTSRV\SERVER
Then it means the machine is a 64 bit and the key is:
HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Remedy\EFTSRV\SERVER\
NAB Ingenico Move /5000 pinpad
EFTPOS - Set to Integrated Mode
FUNC 11112227
CONFIG
Password if required
SERIAL
USB Slave
Fastest Speed
EFTPOS - Set to standalone mode
FUNC 2
Password: 0240 (Maybe twice)
Arrow up to NONE (F3 until you get to NONE)
Push Cancel
Ingenico Pinpad
Login on the pinpad itself
To do a LOGIN not going thru software, press FUNCTION, then 11114440 <ENTER> on pinpad
Turn off Internal Modem
To turn off the Internal modem, do this on pinpad

Turn Off Linkly Printing Override via regedit
reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\CullenSoftwareDesign\EFTCLIENT\PRINTER /f /v OVERRIDE_POS_AUTO_PRINT /t REG_DWORD /d 0
reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\CullenSoftwareDesign\EFTCLIENT\PRINTER /f /v OVERRIDE_POS_CUT_RECEIPT /t REG_DWORD /d 0
net stop CSDEftposClient && net start CSDEftposClient
This will disable Linkly’s printing and cutting override settings if this was not initially done at setup.
