Changing email Details

Follow the steps below to change details and signature of emails in Striven.

Select System / Entry / Enter Branches

Press enter and your store details will appear

Select "Email Settings" tab

Select the transaction you would like to update details on. 

The first line is what appears as the subject line when your emails go out.

Enter any other details you wish to automatically appear on emails for that transaction.

The preview line will show you what will appear on any reports you may email out. If preview doesn't appear at the bottom of the list you can add this by doing the following:

Change the following settings:
Area : Debtor 9 or any you want)

Doc Type: Statement  ( or any you want)

Delivery Type: Email

Once you have added details and signatures to the required transactions, select F9 Save.

The added changes will now go out on all emails.

To have this changes for all areas - go into all the areas and change each one's header  details :
