Follow these steps to add or change the discount reasons that are shown in POS if the Retail price has been changed by either the F4 or F5 button.

In the Striven menu, search for Discount Reasons Click on Enter Discount Reason Codes |

To change an existing reason, just click on the F2 button on the right side of the Code field. |

To create a new discount reason, press F5 - New B - Custom Entered New Code Enter in the details, and press F9 to save. |
