Remove Loyalty from customer

Follow these steps to remove loyalty (Mighty Rewards or DIY Rewards for example) from a customer.
Remove Loyalty Account link on Customer

| 1 | In Debtor Entry Debtors, Entry, Enter Debtors. |

| 2 | Load up the account you wish to remove the Loyalty account from.
|
|
| 3 | Click on the Loyalty tab on the right. Click on Clear Account button

| 4 | Click on OK to continue |
|
| 5 | If you need to, you can Hide this customer. This is in the Settings tab. Visbility setting. |
