When a customer leaves Striven

Follow the steps below if a customer informs you that they wish to leave Striven.

Send an email to carols@striven.com.au; robins@striven.com.au; adams@striven.com.au with the details of the conversation.

When a final date is confirmed, add a reminder to the Striven Support Team calendar

Add the day following the final day to the customer’s “key expiry date” in the license server.

After the final date, remove ESET licenses

Remove device from the cloud backup (if applicable).

Remove the computers from the Teamviewer customer group. This is to prevent accidentally logging in to any of the PCs.
