When a customer leaves Striven
Follow the steps below if a customer informs you that they wish to leave Striven.

1 | Send an email to carols@striven.com.au; robins@striven.com.au; adams@striven.com.au with the details of the conversation. |
2 | When a final date is confirmed, add a reminder to the Striven Support Team calendar |
3 | Add the day following the final day to the customer’s “key expiry date” in the license server. |
4 | After the final date, remove ESET licenses |
5 | Remove device from the cloud backup (if applicable). |
6 | Remove the computers from the Teamviewer customer group. This is to prevent accidentally logging in to any of the PCs. |
