Setup Signature Pad - eSign/Epad

To configure the eSign signature pad, please the following steps:

Connect the eSign signature pad direct to the PC USB port (otherwise, you may have intermittent issues with power if it’s connected via USB HUB).

Find the ePad installer which normally sits in your R: drive (Workstation > ePad). You will need to setup two things (driver and the application program).

When installing these two files, just leave them in default

Login to Striven and go to your POS settings

In the Electronic signature pad, select ‘Prompt for Electronic Signature’ to Yes and ‘Signature Pad Type’ to eSign.

Click on ‘Test Signature Pad’

The customer needs to hit the ‘OK’ button after signing on the pad which is located on the bottom right hand side. (else the Save or F9 button is greyed out).
