Load Images from Path

Striven has the ability to load images from a path on your local computer into the STOCK and CATALOGUE files.
The images could be JPG or PNG format.
The file name needs to be either the: Barcode, Warehouse Part Number, Supplier Part Number or Striven Stock Code.
For example, it is using the Warehouse Part Number.JPG for each of these images.
Step | Image | |

| 1 | Click on Utilities, Load Images into Stock and Catalogue |

| 2 | Load Images from folder Press F2 to show the path where your images are stored. |
|
| 3 | Match Image Filename to Select the option that the system will use to match the Image to the Stock / Catalogue identifier. |
|
| 4 | Press F9 to load the images into the Stock and Catalogue areas. |
|
| 5 | A report will be shown of the products it has updated successfully. |
|
| 6 | The images are then shown in the Catalogue and Stock screens | Catalogue
