Do the following to setup the ability for stores to send Purchase Orders electronically to Sequence/Rokset

There needs to be a Catalog Import Code setup as one of these:

SEQUENCE (Used at Paint Place Stores)

SEQROK

SRC (Used at Haymes Stores)

Then ensure that the following have been done:

  • There is an Account Number setup on the Sequence creditor

  • Ensure that the paths are setup correctly (circled)

To send the Purchase Order, go to Electronic Order Transfer

Enter in the Purchase Order you wish to send:

Press F9 to Transfer order to Seq/Rokset

If you get this error:

Local Path is not set

 

 

Click on the Configuration tab.

Type in a valid path in the Local Base Directory

Click on F8 - Set Defaults.
