Stock Colours

When the stock items are shown in POS or Stock Details, colours are shown to help distinguish specific details about that product.
We also use colours on the Maintenance window to quickly determine important information about this product.
This document details those colours.

Stock Searches

The Main Stock Query which is shown below is found in the Stock Maintenance Window.
This is similar to the POS window, but may be filtered by status. The filtering at POS is all dependent to settings on each station. (The Stock Maintenance will show all products all the time).

Description		Status = ACTIVE
Onhand		0 or below On Hand Qty
Stock Code		Status = INACTIVE
Stock Code		Status = AWAKE or SLEEPER
Part Number		"Not Available" from the Main Supplier
Warehouse Part No		"Not Available" from the Main Supplier
Stock Code		"Deleted" by Store
Entire Row		"Hidden"

Stock Maintenance Colours

Status = ACTIVE

Green Description and Alpha Sort By.

Status = INACTIVE

Red Description and Alpha Sort By.

Status = AWAKE or SLEEPERS

Purple Description and Alpha Sort By.

Orange Department, Group, Fineline and Superceded fields.

Purple Department, Group, Fineline and Superceded fields.

Sets the Availability field to Red

Minimum and Maximums

If the product is setup with "Automatic Re-order" = NO, then the Min and Max fields (in the Ordering and Quick Entry tabs) have a BLACK background.
