Setting Defaults

In the search, type Defaults

Click on Enter Defaults

The Default Values Entry window will appear.

In the Area field select Stock

Select F5 New

On the pop up, select B Custom entered new code.

Enter a name into the Default Code

Enter in a Description

Enter in the Sort By (note this must be uppercase and no spaces)

Enter the Branch

Enter the Station (or set to 0 for all stations)

In the Items area, click on the arrow.

Select the fields you want set as defaults.

Markup % is set to 10

Automatic re-order is set to No

Click F9 Save and close

Click on A Auto create new code

Now the Default Settings selection will pop up

Click on C Normal Stock

You can now see the defaults.
