Follow these instructions when you wish to lodge a support ticket via the Striven application.

This process is the most efficient way as it sends additional information to Striven which will help resolve your issue faster which is best for all.

Note: if you can not trade or even load Striven please call us on one of the phone numbers that shown here.





StepAction

On any window within Striven you will see an orange icon which will lodge a support ticket.

It is important to enter in the following:

Contact Name: Enter in the best person for us to contact if we call the store.

Contact Number: Enter in the best phone number for us to you on.  Either the store phone or your mobile if you would prefer that contact method.

Email: What is the best email contact

Subject: A brief description of the problem.

In the issue notes, put as much information as you can as this will assist us with your query.

Press F9 to create a ticket.

If it has been lodged successfully you will receive an email confirmation.
