2

New Strategy

To create a new Strategy, press the F3 - New button which is on the toolbar at the bottom.

Enter in a Strategy Name and Sort Order.

3

Load Existing Strategy

Press F7 - Load Strategy to load a predefined strategy.

4

Enter in the filters in the Product Filter area by clicking on the red arrow.

Filters could be where you only wish to see products from a particular department, or supplier or bin location.

You can add as many filters as you wish.

On the right of the product filter list, there is an additional list where it gives you the ability to add additional product conditions.

An additional product condition could be: only show if the products retail price is less than the Supplier RRP.

Or only show if the Retail Price is less than a competitor price.

5

In the Action tab, this is where you can see what you wish the system to do on the range of items defined in the Filter tab.

This is where you could set the Retail Price to be the same as the Supplier RRP

Or, set the Retail Price to be a Competitors Price + 1%

You can add as many Actions as you wish.

6

Press F6 - Save to save this Strategy so you can come back to it at any time.

7

Press F5 - Refresh to display the products based on the filtering you entered.

You can review what prices the system wishes to set in the "New Retail Inc" column (yellow column).

Note: if you have a Rounding Table setup on the stock items, it will take these into account.

The blue columns on the right display what your sales this year could be based on last years sales.  There is a total displayed at the bottom.

You can click on any header row in the grid to sort in that order.  This is handy on the Retail Diff % column so you can look at the items that have the largest (or smallest) change first.

8

Click on the Summary tab for a graph displaying each month potential sales based on last years sales.

9

Once you have reviewed the changes, you can move these new retail prices into the Pending area by pressing F9 - Save.

Ensure you fill in the required Update code at the top right side if you wish these prices to go into Pending.  Otherwise leave it blank and these prices will be activated immediately.

10

Then print your labels and activate your pending prices.

Competitor Prices

If a competitor price is available you can review them by clicking on the + icon on the left of the stock code.
