How To - Maintain Pending Prices

Follow these instructions if you wish to change or review pending prices.

1	Go to => Stock / Processes / Pending Prices / Enter Pending Prices
2	Press the F5 - Refresh button to show the current pending prices.
3	If you need to filter the list to just show a particular supplier or bin location, so this filtering in the box at the top of the screen.
4	When the list appears, you can easily see your current Cost in the "Current Rep Cost" column and what cost is in the Pending in the "Pend Rep Cost" column. You can change the Retail price by adjusting the value in "Pending Price 1". If its easier to change the Pending Markup, change it in the "Pending Markup" The Catalogue Retail column is red if your Retail price is different to what the Suppliers RRP is. If its Yellow, it is the same price. This makes it quick to work out if your price is what the Suppliers RRP is.
5	If you need to review additional prices, click on the Cost/Prices tab.
6	If you need to review past sales history, click on the Sales tab.
7	You can sort columns by clicking on the heading. This is handy if you click on the "Price Perc Diff" heading so all the larger differences are grouped together. So it may save you time to just review the larger price differences first and just accept the smaller changes.
