How to Create Discounts or Contract Prices

In the Striven menu, search for

Discount

Click on Discount Tables

To create a new contract price, do the following:

Press F5 - New

B - Custom entered new code.

To modify an existing contract price, just type in the contract price code or press the F2 button to see the entire list.

Fill in Disc table, Desc (Description) and Sortby then press F9 - Save

You can discount Departments, Groups, or Finelines on the first tab, Dept Group FLC.

Press F10-Add Line. The example below shows a line filled in giving 5% discount off retail for a Group.

You can continue adding lines by repeating step 5.

Press F9 to save.

Setup Contract Pricing by following these steps.

Contract pricing is where a Customer has agreed that pay for specific items at a specific FIXED price or Discounted price. The discounts or pricing could be different for any stock line in this Discount Table.

Stock lines tab allow you to add discounts for individual stock items

Press F10 to add new products to this Discount Table.

Advanced tab allows you to apply discounts using F4 set range. An example of where this could be useful is to apply a discount to a bin location.

To set this discount structure up on a debtor, do the following in Debtor Entry.

The discount table can be added to a debtor by entering it in Discount table

Or by clicking in the Additional Branch Discounts grid and ticking the box next to the contract price for the selected debtor then pressing F9 - Save
