Follow these instructions for steps on how to create a new security profile code, such as POS, Manager etc.

Click on System Manager, Security, Enter Security Codes.

To create a new Security code, click on F5, B - Custom entered new code.

Or select F2 to select a code from the list.

Press F9 - Save, to save all changes.
