Field	Details
Stocktake Code	Will be automatically assigned by the system. It is best to do a stocktake code for each "Bin" in your store.
Description	A basic description of the types of products in this stocktake. Such as "Garden Area"
SortBy	This is used internally to work out what order to show the stocktakes in when F2 is pressed. No need to change the default that is assigned for you.
Disrepancy	This is only used in the Stocktake Validation report where it will show a "marker" on any products where the differences between the Current On Hand value and the Counted value is greater than this discrepancy amount.
Notes	Enter in any notes if required. Such as "Counted by John and Marie"
Bin Location	Press the F2 here if you wish to assign all products added to this Stocktake to this bin location. If this field is blank no change is made to the Bin Location on the products.
