Change Quote Expiry Dates

Follow this procedure to update how long a quote is valid for before it expires. The default quote expiry is 7 days.

| 1 | Search for TERM in the Striven Search box, then click on "Enter Transaction Term Codes" or click on System Manager, Debtors, Enter Transaction Term Codes  |
| 2 | In the Transaction Type press F2 and select Debtor Quotes  |
| 3 | In the Term Code, press F2 and select QTETERM01 - Quote Terms 01  |
| 4 | Change the following options: Terms Type: In a given number of days Terms: Enter in the number of days you want the quote valid for. Payment Type: In a given number of days Payment: Enter in the number of days you want the quote valid for. In the below example, the Quotes are valid for 28 days.  |
| 5 | Press F9 - Save IMPORTANT NOTE: This will only take effect on NEW Quotes and will only take effect when the POINT OF SALE window has been restarted. |
