Enter Stocktake Lines

Follow these instructions for the basic steps on how to enter in the products onto each Stocktake code.
Normally add products from the same bin location into each stocktake code.
Use this screen to manually enter in each product from a Stock Take Count sheet.
Use the Download from Mobile Device screen to load in many products at once.

Go to => Stock / Processes / Stocktakes / Enter Stocktake Lines

Enter in each stock item you would like to stocktake in to the "Stock" field.

Enter in the Stocktaked Quantity into the Sales Units field, and press F9 to save that line into this Stocktake code.

In this example, it will change the On Hand quantity from 4 (that's shown in the Snapshot field) to 2.

If you entered in a Bin Code in the Stocktake Code window, it will automatically put that into the Bin Code field on this screen.
