How to check MYOB Account List

This document will guide you through the Account list checking in MYOB.

| 1 | Get the Login Details for MYOB from Customer. If it is a Cloud Version it should be setup by default on User's machine. |
| 2 | Click on Lists → Accounts  |
| 3 | Look for the account you looking for from the description in Striven  When entering in the Striven we need to get rid of - Eg. if the code in MYOB is 1-1120 then in Striven it will be 11120. |
| 4 | Confirm the details from Striven by going to the below window. Check the Ext. Reference and this is where it is pointing to in MYOB. If that is not matching in the MYOB, you need to put the one from MYOB OR Create a new Ledger Code in Striven which is matching to the one in the MYOB. |
