Load a range of products from the Catalogue into the Stock file

Follow these steps to load a “range” of products that are in the Catalogue directly into your Stock file.

| 1 | Load up the Catalogue Enquiry window by clicking on Catalogue, Catalogue Enquiry  Catalogue Enquiry

| 2 | Click on Shift + F5 - Options button, A - Transfer products in Range from Catalogue to Stock  Transfer product in range option

| 3 | It will then prompt with the standard Catalogue F4 Set Range screen where you can use the index or filters to copy a “range” of items across to your Stock file. Some examples are below. 
After the range has been entered, press F9 - Save and the system will copy those products across to your stock file. |
| 4 | Example 1 - Copy ALL products from a particular Import Code. How do I find out what Import Code to use? Load up a sample product in the Catalogue Enquiry window, click on the Flags tab. The Import Code is shown on the right in the Details group. Change the Sort Order to R - ImportCode+Dept+Group+Fineline+Subfineline Put the Import Code in

| 5 | Example 2 - Copy all products from the Supplier BREMICK that are in the MITRE10 Import code to the Stock file Change the Sort Order to ^ - Supplier + Supplier Part No Enter in the Supplier. In the Filter grid below, set the Field Name to Import Code and the Value MITRE10
