Stocktake Validation

Follow these instructions to Validation each Stocktake Code. This process needs to be done before a Stocktake Post is performed.

Use this report to check each item has had their count entered in correctly.

1	Go to => Stock / Processes / Stocktakes / Print Stock Take Validation
2	Press F2 to select the required Stocktake Code.
3	Press F9 to run the report. The first page shows the items that were in this Stocktake Code. After this report, it shows all products that are in this bin location but were not counted. This is handy to review in case you missed some items.
4	If there are some items that need to be changed or added, just follow the instructions in the Enter Stocktake Lines window. If you add/change any lines you will need to run the Stocktake Validation report again
