HOW TO Setup TeamViewer on Android Scanner

Follow these instructions to setup TeamViewer on the Android Scanner


Load up the Google Play Store

Type in TeamViewer and select TeamViewer QuickSupport

Click on Install

To allow a connection into this device, click on the QuickSupport icon

It will display a TeamViewer ID (give this to support if required); allow access to Striven Support when prompted.





 

The QUICKSUPPORT Version must be installed in order for Striven to be able to dial-in to the Mobile Device (Not the HOST or any other version of TeamViewer).
