Manage Reorders

Follow these steps to manage your Reorder area.

Items can be loaded into your Reorder area by either of the following methods:

  • Manually

  • From POS by a Customer Order

  • Suggested Order Report

 

Enter Creditor Reorders

Go to => Creditors / Processes / Reorders / Enter Creditor Reorders

The Creditor Reorders window will be blank.

Click in the yellow table area to populate or press F3 - Filter button.

All the products will be sorted by Supplier and/or Origin.

Review all items and ensure they are correct.

NOTE If you want to change the quantity of an item, double click on it and change it in the order stock item window. (below) Press F9 to save any changes you make.

You can manually add items into the list by pressing F10 - Add Reorder button.

Once you are happy with the items in the Reorder area, run the Create Purchase Orders from Reorder process to create the Purchase Orders.
