Follow these steps to use the Hanshow E-Labels in Striven after it has been implemented by our Support Team.

Label Types

A new Label Code has been created called ELABEL

This needs to be setup on the products that have a Hanshow E-Label assigned to them.

You can assign these in the Stock Export/Import window or on the Stock Entry window.

Load Stock Entry, click on Labels tab.

Press F9 to save.

Print E-Labels

To update your E-Labels, you need to “print” them just like you would for normal labels.

Do this in your Label Print screen.

1	F10 - Add new labels with the ELABEL Label Code.
2	Press F7 - Print to print the ELABELS
3	After prompting to continue, will then send the file to Hanshow and your labels should start updating in the next minute or 2. Yes to clear the grid and continue.

Each night Striven will automatically update all products to Hanshow that meet a criteria which is:

Stock On Hand is NOT ZERO OR
Last Sale Date Less then 12 months OR

Last Purchase Date Less then 12 months OR

Date Created Less then 12 Months
