Stock Transfer Out

Do a Stock Transfer Out when you wish to transfer some stock from your branch into another branch in your group. It will reduce the On Hand values at your branch immediately.

In most cases, this Transfer Out needs to be Received in the other branch for it to update the On Hand values at the other store.

Select from the options:

N - New Stock Transfer Out

This option allows you to create a new Stock Transfer Out.

F - New From Stock Transfer Request

Use this option to allow you to search for a Transfer Request that the other store has created earlier. It will load up the products on the original transfer request allowing you to match of each item and then create the Transfer Out from this branch.

O - Outstanding Stock Transfer Out

Use this option to search for any Outstanding Stock Transfer Outs.

E - Existing Stock Transfer Out

View an existing Stock Transfer Out

C - Cancel Stock Transfer Out

Use this option in case you needed to cancel a Transfer Out you had created earlier.
