How To - Activate Pending Prices

Go to => Stock / Processes / Pending Prices / Batch Activate Pending Prices.

Open

Select the Test Run Mode box so it shows a tick.  This will ensure this process is just a report and wont update any prices until you review the report.  To make the system do the price updates, remove the tick in the Test Run Mode option.

Select an Update Code if you wish to filter by price change type.

Add information to to the filters field

there is also more filters available by pressing F4 .

Open

Press F9 to run the report.

Check the report to ensure that the pricing and product range are correct.

Close report window and un-select Test Run Mode

Press F9 to run the report.
