How to Cancel / Delete Bulk Quotes

This document will guide you through deleting or cancelling bulk quotes at once.
CAUTION: Do not delete or cancel Quote without your manager permission as we won’t be able to retrieve it back and you need to raise the quote again.

| 1 | Confirm all the quotes you wish to delete or Cancel |
| 2 | Go to POS → F3 (Sale Type) → Customer Order → Customer Order Management

| 3 | On the below window Untick Show Order & Refresh List by pressing F5
|
| 4 | Select all the quotes you wish to cancel or delete & Press F3 (Sale Type) & Select Delete / Cancel Quotes
|
| 5 | Select whether you want to Cancel / Complete or Delete those Quotes. CAUTION: Do not delete or cancel Quote without your manager permission as we won’t be able to retrieve it back and you need to raise the quote again. |
