Auto Stock Transfer

This option allows you to save time by automatically transferring the stock OUT from one store in IN at the other.
This option is only enabled after Striven support have discussed the options available.
Striven will always recommend you do a Stock Transfer OUT at one store, then when the goods arrive at the other do the Stock Transfer Receive. This ensures that all the stock has arrived at the destination.

| 1 | From the Striven menu, search for Stock Transfer or find it under Stock, Processes, Enter Stock Transfer.  |
| 2 | Select X - Auto Stock Transfer from the choice box. (If you dont see this option, please contact Striven) Important - This process will take the stock automatically OUT of the first branch and IN to the 2nd branch. There is no need to do a Stock Transfer Receive at the other end.  |
| 3 | Login if required. |
| 4 | Fill in the "To Branch" of the other store,. This process will transfer the stock automatically from "From Branch" to "To Branch". Enter in the products required. |
| 5 | Press F9 to save the transfer. |
