Markup Table Discounts

Striven allows you to apply different discount structures based on the markup of the stock item.

Setting this up ensures you wont give a discount away on low margin items and will automatically provide your customers a better discount depending on what the markup of the item is.

Enter Markup Tables

Follow these instructions to setup or maintain your Markup tables

Search for Markup in the Striven menu, and click on Enter Markup Tables

Enter past the STD markup table.

Each of the markup ranges are displayed on the left side.

Click on each markup line to fill in each Discount for each price level.

Explanation for the below example:

Any product that has a markup between 30% and 35% will give the Price Level “Builders” a 0.20% discount. Any customer who uses the “Staff” price level would get a 1% discount.

Change what is required, then press F9 to save.

These price levels dont automatically recalculate you need to “Recalculate” your price levels on all products by running the Batch Update Pending report - Update Prices 2 to 15 Only
