Click on Utilities, Stock Export / Import utility

Click on Export tab on right

Put tick next to details you want exported.

 

To find field easier, type in the field in the search area.

If you wish to “Filter” this list, you can do so by pressing F4 – Set Range.

There are many different ways of sorting and filtering data.  You can do this by pressing the F2 on the Index option and selecting the index you wish to use.

There are some examples of how the F4 - Set Range works in this document.

If you would like to export a particular product only, you can follow these instructions.

Then enter in details in "From" & "to" lines

Press F9 to return to the main stock export window.

Enter in the path of the excel spreadsheet you wish to load down the bottom in the Export File field F2 button.

Press F9 to run export spreadsheet

It will then load up the spreadsheet showing all the fields you ticked for the items that fall in the F4 - Set Range filters.

Note: the yellow columns are READ-ONLY and wont be able to be imported into Striven.

Do your changes in this spreadsheet, and ensure you save the file.

To Import the changes, click on the Import tab

Ensure the file you want to import is correct, then click on Import Data button.
