Load Android Scanner File into Receivals

Follow these instructions to load the products that were scanned on your Android scanner for Receivals.

This is a handy way of taking receivals while walking on the store..

1	Now log in to Striven on stores Server. Go to create order Press Creditors → Processes → Receivals → Enter Creditors Receivals
2	Press C or select Create Receival Press the Linked Orders Selection Key in Staff Code & Password.
3	Select CartNote, Supplier & Creditors
4	Hold down the Shift key & Press F5 - PDE Entry
5	Select Striven Mobile - Receivals or Press J for selection
6	Select the file you have just uploaded from the scanner and click on Open or Press Enter
7	It will show you a list of barcodes that are "invalid" for you to review. Most of the time the barcodes are fine, so just press F11 - Close to close this window to return to the POS screen. Note: If by all means the order is messed you can always go back to this location to use this upload.
8	The products you scanned on the scanner are now loaded into Striven.
9	You can continue to add new receivals or change quantities, price etc... After that you can process your order as usual.
10	You have just learnt how to Scan Receivals & create an Receivals using Android Scanner.
