Striven HELP

HUMM Integration

 

There are several settings that need to be adjusted to get HUMM Integration running in Striven.

Please follow these instructions carefully.

Ensure you have your HUMM MerchantID and password and have access to your HUMM Seller portal.

If you are part of the IHG group, this would have been provided to you by IHG. If you do not have this information please contact IHG, as Striven does not have this information.

If you do not have the “POS Device Tokens” as an option in the HUMM Seller portal, please contact IHG to get that option enabled.

OR if humm was setup by your Head Office, please contact them to enable POS Device Tokens.
