POS

Hide Products on Invoices using the Condensed Headings feature

This new feature allows you to "hide" products on your Invoices / Statements between a heading and sub total line.  This is great for creating "jobs" that allows you to show a General item on the invoice, but behind the scenes it actually updates many other individual items.  This can be used in any transaction in POS.

Update Delivery Details on invoices that have already processed

Sometimes its necessary to alter or add a delivery address on an invoice that you created earlier.

You can now this in POS, by logging in and pressing F10 Details, then U - Update Delivery Details option.

Find the transaction you want to alter the delivery details on.

Then enter in the new or changed details.

Word Search

We have increased the size of the search area when a “word search” is done (by pressing the = key).

Also shows the cursor which is handy to see where you are up to on that search window.

Print Product Images on Quotes

There is now an option to show the product image when printing/email a quote.

When a quote is printed, you now have an option of to print the Stock Image with: None, Standard Size, Large

Future Dated transactions

Now all "Future Dated" transactions can be dated any time in the future.  Previously there was a limit of only 4 months in the future.

Customer Product Sales (CONTROL + F4) and Product Last Sales (CONTROL + F9) now uses new Debtor Transaction Search window

Now in POS after entering in a product if Customer Product Sales (CONTROL+F4) or Product Last Sales (CONTROL+F9) is pressed it shows the new transaction window.  This allows you to quickly review transactions that have been made for particular products quickly.

Show “FULLY PAID” on invoice printouts

It has been requested to show “FULLY PAID” on invoices to ensure that the customer is aware that this transaction has nothing else remaining to pay.

The Display Invoice Balance Owing option needs to be set to Yes in the POS Settings window (Docket Type tab) for it to activate.

Debtor Payments

Remember the last used username and password on Debtor Payment window.

Striven will now remember the last used username and password on the Debtor Payment window.

You will still be prompted to enter it in the first time, but if you are staying in that Payment window processing your Direct Debit payments it saves you from having to enter in your details each time a payment is made.

If you wont want this remembered, it can be turned off by changing the Remember Debtor Payment Staff Login details to No in the POS Settings, Docket Types tab.

Debtors

Statements print from Debtor Entry

Can now view a debtor statement quickly from the Debtor Entry window. This is handy when the customer wants the statement from last month and you are in the entry window.

You can do this by clicking on the Shift + F5 - Tools, Stmt button on the Debtor Entry window, then Statements, then select which month you would like to print/preview.

Creditors

Suggested Order Report

There is a new option to show the Last 4 Years Sales for each product.

To show this information, change the Show Last 4 Years Sales option to Yes.

Issues Resolved

• Mighty Rewards Loyalty - No longer shows Expired Points more than 3 months in the future

• Emails from Preview sending to BCC and CC correctly.

• Striven Mobile Scan now appearing on the App Store for Apple devices.

Coming in next version

Ability to send emails to a particular email per transaction type.
