Setup EziDebit on a debtor

Follow these instructions to setup EziDebit for a debtor.

| 1 | Do the following in Debtor Entry by going to Debtors, Entry, Enter Debtors.

| 2 | Click on the Banking tab Click on Add Gateway Payment button  If you dont see the Add Gateway Payment button, then there needs to be some setup done on your system. Please contact Striven support. |
| 3 | Select A - Ezidebit Debtor Payments option

| 4 | Now click on the Send Email Request button
|
| 5 | It will show the email window with prefilled information. Edit this information if you wish. Dont change the link details as there are specific information in the link. When F9 is pressed it will email it to the customer.

| 6 | When the customer receives that email and click on the link, they will be taken to the Ezipay site to fill in required details. They will have an option to pay via Direct Debit or Credit Card. Once that is filled in, you will receive a note that it is completed. Or you can check it on the EziPay Merchant Panel. |
| 7 | The customer will receive a PDF showing all details. |
