Surcharges

Follow the steps below to setup EFTPOS surcharges.

The following need to be done on each machine with a pin-pad.

 

 

Linkly / PC-EFTPOS

If you are using Linkly (PC-EFTPOS), please use the following steps:

Double click on the green C on the toolbar.

 

Click on Ctrl Panel… button

Double click on the card type you wish to add a surcharge.

Enter in the Surcharge amount.

Click on OK to continue.

 

 

 

TYRO

If you are using TYRO, please use the following steps:

Configure the Surcharges on your Tyro Management website.

 

Striven POS Settings (all pin-pads)

Once the Surcharges have been configured, you need to change the following settings in Striven.

The following need to be done on each machine that has the EFTPOS integration and Surcharges setup on it.

In Striven, click on

POS

POS Settings

Click on the POS Settings tab

Change Surcharging Mode to Enabled through Pin-Pad

Press F9 to save
